JourneyWork: Designing the Resilient Life

We spend more time planning our vacation than we do our life. Maybe it’s time to shift our priorities and take the time.

keynote speakerThis interactive session helps participants discover how to optimize their innate talents and begin to get some control over the stresses of the work environment, serving the internal clients, and juggling the demands of our busy lives. It also explores the deeper, personal causes behind an all-too-common condition of imbalance.

Designed for a 3-hour to all-day forum, participants use Journeywork, a 52 week journal workbook, to guide their progress.

You’ll begin to develop a personal strategy for getting in control and moving forward in all parts of your life. Be prepared to think, stretch, laugh and grow as you move from pooped to peak performance.

“We simply could not have chosen a better person to facilitate this topic at our management retreat. Your humorous, dynamic and thought-provoking session drew rave reviews from all our attendees. Our only regret was in letting you return to California. Wish you lived nearer so we could draw on your wisdom and energy on a regular basis.”

"Words cannot express how excited I am about being President of the Southwest & Pacific Chapter of PCMA since your facilitation of our board retreat. I am now working with a board of enthusiastic, motivated, caring, dedicated people that I do not believe I had before the retreat. Many questioned why I needed a facilitator before the retreat. None question that rationale now. I personally have learned a lot about working within the style of each member, which I would never, had known without the exercises you facilitated. We are also on the path to setting and achieving our goals. Every time I have heard or worked with you either as a facilitator or keynoter I have been more and more impressed. You are certainly like wine improving all the time."
