I’m continually amazed that great customer service still seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Use this fact to your advantage and rise ahead of the competition. Don’t compete on price—that’s a sure fire way to lose to whomever has the deepest pockets. Don’t be scared by talk of a recession. Be a contrarian and compete on service and value.
