HR World offers a very good blog that covers human resources issues. One post that sticks out is “Transparency Is Good For Morale“. The Deloitte 2008 Ethics & Workplace survey results indicate that transparency creates engaged workers who are more productive. I’ve said this for years… transparency is a must for a thriving organization.
