CNN has a featured article from Real Simple entitled “Overwhelmed? De-stress in 14 days”. Now, we know we can’t destress in 14 days but we can sure try! My favorite tip is for Sunday and asks that we take stock of our lives and give gratitude for our blessings! You can use that tip any day of the week when you’re feeling overwhelmed simply by saying “thank you” for all that is good in your life.
