Researches at Loma Linda University in California found that repeated bouts of laughter offer some of the same benefits as moderate exercise: lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol. Its wisely said that “Laughter is the best medicine”. Its a proven fact that apart from exercising the facial muscles, a hearty laugh also reduces stress. I’m myself an active member of the Laughter Club of our area. We meet early in the morning in the local park. Along with the morning walk, we also laugh away our sorrows to glory.
