Try this interactive, program for beginning the breakthrough to “teaming”.

This interactive, session is customized for groups comprised of intact work teams or members of the same organization and works best with audiences of less than 100 members.

Based upon the needs of the group, it can involve the Personal Profile System as a self-administered tool for discovering communication styles. It can also involve an interactive ‘competition’ which evokes tremendous learning about communication behavioral practices during times of change.

You will:

  • Address critical issues in a safe environment.
  • Discover and value team member differences.
  • Learn the nuances of human behavior during times of change.
  • Help create a personalized program designed around your individual needs.
