Calm Employees Make For Calm Teams

Got Yoga? If workplace stress is taking a toll on your employees then consider offering Yoga classes during lunch or after work. The benefits of yoga are many and include: stress reduction, lower blood pressure, increased resiliency, more stamina and a stronger immune system. This amounts to a calmer, more relaxed employee who tends to take less sick leave.

All you need to do is arrange for a yoga instruction and decide if the organization will pay for the lessons or if employees will be required to pitch in. You'll provide the space… perhaps an empty office or a lunchroom where furniture can be moved and then notify employees of the schedule and what equipment they need to bring with them. You're well on your way to having happier employees.
