Meaningful Talk Makes People Happier

The March issue of Psychological Science reported a study that found the happiest participants had twice as many substantive conversations and one-third as much small talk as the unhappiest.


Scientists at the University of Tucson and Washington University discovered that meaningful and deep conversations are a critical differentiators between happy and unhappy people.
