Tips From Wellness Pros To Prevent Burnout


CNBC conducted a poll asking thirty individuals in fields ranging from infectious disease to mindfulness about what they do to prevent burnout.


Here are the top approaches that emerged from their responses:

  1. Build a strong community and support system.

  2. Rest when needed.

  3. Spend time on things that bring enjoyment outside of work.

  4. Be passionate about the work being done and remember your individual purposes
